Environmental and Commercial Litigation
 
Description of Practice:
Daniel practices environmental and business litigation in both state and federal courts, including CERCLA and RCRA matters as well as litigation regarding the purchase and sale of real property.  After an eight week trial, Daniel, with Mr. Donohue, recently obtained a $2.1 million judgment for the firm’s client on an action relating to the sale of real property.  Daniel also represents a land owner in a perchlorate contamination case that includes federal, state and administrative matters proceeding concurrently.  In that matter, Daniel, with Mr. Van Vlear, successfully obtained summary judgment on the entirety of one of the plaintiffs’ cases.   Daniel was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
 
Daniel attended law school at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2000.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Irvine in 1997. 
 
Daniel resides in Huntington Beach with his wife and two children.  Daniel enjoys upland bird hunting and has been an avid fan of the Lakers since 1980.
