Description of Practice:
Greg’s practice at Voss, Cook & Thel LLP is focused primarily on real estate, corporate and tax matters.  His experience includes representing clients in connection with acquisitions and sales of commercial real estate including numerous multi-million dollar shopping center, office building and raw land transactions, both large and small financing transactions, shopping center and office leasing transactions, complex tax planning including 1031 Exchanges, reverse-Starker exchanges, tenant-in-common transactions, corporate mergers and reorganizations as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability company organization.
 
Greg is a graduate of the Master of Laws in Taxation Program at New York University.  He received his Juris Doctor from Whittier College, School of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporate Tax.  While at Whittier College, School of Law, Greg was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, Trial Advocacy Honors Board and Phi Delta Phi.  He also externed for the Honorable Alan Haber in the Los Angeles Superior Court, West District.  Greg received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
 
Greg is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California where he is also a member of the Taxation Section.
