Description of Practice:
At Voss, Cook & Thel LLP, Jessica’s practice focuses primarily on corporate, real estate and environmental litigation.  She holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law (2006) and a Master of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in Global Markets and Asia from the Maxwell School (2006).  She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Relations, cum laude, from the University of Southern California (2002).  Jessica speaks fluent Armenian and conversational Mandarin Chinese.   
 
Jessica is licensed to practice in California and New York.  She is a member of the Business Litigation Section of the Orange County Bar Association, the Armenian Bar Association and the American Bar Association. 
 
Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked for the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, Department of Water and Power.  She also served as an Economic Advisor for the Department of State in Guangzhou, China, as well as a Commercial Service Analyst for the Department of Commerce in Shanghai, China.  She has lived and worked extensively in mainland China and Taiwan.
