Description of Practice:
At Voss, Cook & Thel LLP, Jon represents developers and investors in acquiring, financing, developing, leasing and disposing of real property, including residential and master planned communities, multi-family housing, retail and office properties.  Prior to joining Voss, Cook & Thel LLP, Jon was associated with Pillsbury Winthrop where he concentrated on general corporate transactions.  Jon was also previously associated with Loeb & Loeb and Jackson, DeMarco & Peckenpaugh where he concentrated on real estate transactional matters.
 
Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University (1989), a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine Graduate School of Management (1993), and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law (1997).
