Description of Practice:
Nicole’s practice at Voss, Cook & Thel LLP focuses on corporate and environmental litigation. She received her J.D. in 2006 from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, she received awards and scholarships for her legal writing and pro bono work. She also participated in several trial advocacy and moot court programs, and was active in both community and academic mentoring efforts.
 
She received her Bachelors Degree in English literature, with a minor in economics, from Western Washington University in 2003. Previously, she had studied for two years in a multidisciplinary honors program at the University of Southern California, where she received several academic awards and scholarships
 
Before practicing law, Nicole served in management for companies in a wide range of industries, including an aerospace company, an events production business, and various nonprofit organizations.
 
In her free time, Nicole enjoys writing, travel, and running.
